Items needed to enroll at Benson Digital Learning Center:
*  Completed enrollment packet

*  Proof of residency 
*  Immunization records
*  Birth certificate
*  Transcript from your prior school,
*  Withdrawal form from your prior school

You will be contacted with a time for an intake interview at BDLC after documents have been verified and processed.
